Human Resource in simple terms is an employee who takes care of other employees right from the scratch in an organization. The definition is simple, but the role of an HR professional in an organization is well diversified and more challenging than what is believed. For an organization to grow the key factor revolves around the HR's approach and application.

Employees are the backbone for an organization to grow or crumble. That's why hiring a right employee and taking care of their entire work cycle is essential for an organization to prosper. Recruitment is the first major role a Human Resource person in the hot seat has to take care off, as every organization have roles and they need the right candidate to perform them effectively.

Employee will never continue to work in the organization if he or she is dissatisfied on the course, that's where taking regular feedback from the employees and giving them a confidence booster every now and then is very essential along with settling disputes. Employees work for 2 reasons which is passion and money, HR plays a major role in both in terms of salary discussions, employee motivation, inductions and grooms the quality employees for the organization to prosper.

HR is a golden profession as it is the point of focus of any organization to grow, as they are the pillar to bring in employees and make them perform effectively. So every organization is looking for a quality HR professional, so to build a career in HR build yourself and scope is tremendous on the long run for sure.
